Letter from employer or sponsoring company in the US, on company letterhead, introducing the applicant, indicating the applicant’s employment status/position held in the company, clearly stating the purpose of visit to Afghanistan, and requesting the Afghanistan visa. The business letter must also indicate who will be financially responsible for the applicant while in Afghanistan and must provide detailed contact information in Afghanistan.

| 5 | Special Instructions:
Applicants presenting approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Afghanistan may receive a multiple entry Afghanistan visa. In all other cases single entry Afghanistan visas are granted. |

Afghanistan visas are generally issued for a single entry within 1 month, 3 months or 6 months for a stay of up to 3 or 6 months. The validity of Afghanistan visas is at the discretion of the Consulate or Embassy of Afghanistan. |

Rush and Emergency service is defined as any attempt made by Travisa to retrieve the visa in less time than the amount required by the embassy to process the visa. |
